Thursday, Friday & Sunday: In-person and virtual appointments are available for new clients, including after-school and evening options.

Wednesday: Virtual appointments are available for adult counselling, adult intakes, caregiver intakes, parent check-ins, and free 15-minute consultations.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full scheduled-session fee.

Before booking, please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan covers sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Sheila Aini MC, RCC

Hi, I’m Sheila Aini, MC, RCC. I offer warm, relationship-first counselling for children, youth, parents, mothers, women, and families in Port Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities.

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed. Depending on your needs, sessions may include play, conversation, practical strategies, caregiver collaboration, and family work. My goal is to create a welcoming space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to move forward at a pace that feels manageable.

In-person counselling is available for children, youth, and adults. Virtual counselling is available for adults and parents.
